You can even quickly scan business cards, capture and transfer data without launching the Presto! BizCard 6 software.
Scan directly to Microsoft Outlook with Presto! BizCard 6. By extracting contact information from your scanned business cards and putting it directly into Microsoft Outlook, ACT!™ or its own searchable database, BizCard 6 turns your scanner into a business card scanner. BizCard 6 also features “one click” synchronization with Palm and Windows Mobile devices, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook® Express, Microsoft Windows Mail, ACT! and Lotus Notes®. In addition, you can export contact information as vCards or in CSV format. A smart search feature makes finding your contact information a breeze.
The TWAIN compatible TravelScan Pro ME also comes bundled with PageManager 7, a robust document management software package. With PageManager 7 you can:
