Unsatisfactory! The device shipped was different than that specified and specified ONLY Windows platforms in the specs on the product literature. This ad listed the "PCMS" adapter for "Apple computer MAC OS 8.6 or higher" and I ordered on that basis. PCMicroStore, however, shipped a "Anywhere" brand that had limited specs. I needed it to connect my MacBook Pro to my 4-port D-Link PS-2 KVM switch. The mouse drove my Mac absolutely crazy when the ball was moved. Customer reviews influenced my decision, but I'm dubious of their authenticity, unless they received what they ordered, which did not happen in my case. I'm quite disappointed and upset that PCMicrostore switched the product to one that WAS NOT intended for Macs and did not deliver as advertised. It's an addition for my junk drawer since it's not worth the hassle to ship it back. I'll wind up "eating" the cost. Let the buyer beware. You may not get what you ordered.

I just bought a new laptop w/ Vista and wanted to use it with an older PS/2 ergonomic keyboard I had on hand. The adapter worked great. Saved me at least $15-20 over the cost of a new USB ergonomic keyboard. Haven't tried it yet with a mouse.

This PS2 to USB keyboard/mouse adapter workes great with windows XP. My computer wouldn't even boot up with the mouse connected, so I figured something may be wrong with the PS2 ports. With this adapter, Windows XP automatically recognized it and everything works now. It saved buying a new motherboard or computer. And the price was the best around with free shipping

This little adapter is amazing. The ultimate test is how well it works on a KVM switch - which is flawlessly (specifically a Linkskey USB KVM). I've had trouble with other adapters not allowing the keyboard repeat feature to work properly, but this one works like a charm. Highly recommended - and you can't beat the price with free shipping.

By far the best price we found on such a device and it works like a charm. We tried it on our PCs, our Mac servers, and every different KVM we have and it performed perfectly on all of them. We are a large state college and wee will be placing a large order for them very soon.
