Be careful if the length of the chord is important to you, since the description states they are "approx 4ft. long" (48in.). However, the pair I received were only a tight 3'6" (42in.) from buds to the very end of the jack plug! For comparison, I measured the original cable length for the ear buds supplied with an iPod and found these to be 46in., which I'd agree is "approx" 4ft long. However, the Lux earchphone being 6" out over such a short length is pretty significant -- I bought these to use with gym equipment and it's not going to work out as intended :( Still, other than that they are comfortable and have decent enough sound quality. Rather than further exepnditure on an RMA I think I'll find a use for them, but I'm still pretty disappointed since I bought them specifically for the purpose of keeping my ears cooler when running on a treadmill.
