I've been using this case daily for over a year and it has held up well. The clip alone works fine with most of my belts. I use the loops when I want to be extra sure the case won't come off (or be pickpocketed). It's large enough to hold my 3GS with a silicone case on it.

The design is perfect for my needs. I use the loops primarily because the clip sometimes allows the case to fall off my belt. The magnetic catch is the perfect silent way to keep the flap down. I rated this item a 3-star because in three months, the belt loops are wearing out and coming apart; the inside leather lining is cracking where the flap is stressed when opening the case. Other than the lack of quality, it is perfect.

Perfect fit for a 3g with a slim hardshell case. Bit of a squeeze for anything bulkier tho.
