1. Personal information

We do not share any personal information that you give us with anybody outside our company, and we only ask you for personal information when you want to purchase something from us. The information you give us is only used in the context of the order.
When you give out personal information, such as address, phone number, credit cards, etc to any internet retailer, including us, make sure that the page you are viewing is secure (a lock is displayed at the bottom of the browser).

2. Cookies

We use cookies to store information that you use during a visit to our site. We do not store personal information in the cookies, and personal information is not accessible on the site with the use of a cookie. We do not use cookies to track your surfing habits or let anybody else track them through the means of cookies from us.

3. Email addresses

Your email address is used for login and verification purposes when you create an account. We do not want you to receive unwanted email. You may choose to not be included in any mailing lists when you sign up for an account, or exclude yourself at a later time.
Under no circumstance, unless we have your approval, will we sell or give your email address to a third party.

We do not allow any third party to collect any information during your visit to our site.

5. Information collection

For customer service purposes we keep logs of pageviews and logins on our site. We never share this statistical information with anybody outside our company.

6. Offensive material, children's content

We try our best to make sure that no offensive material of any kind gets posted on our site. We respect people and their opinions, but reserve the right to moderate message boards and the like in order to keep the site acceptable to anybody. No part of this site is aimed towards children, and no part is offensive to children.

7. How do we maintain your security online?

We use encrypted communication for all transmission of sensitive data. This means that the complete ordering process, from you enter your email address (whether as new or existing customer), until you receive your order number, is conducted so that if somebody were eavesdropping it would take many years to break the code. The encryption we use is the strongest that is generally available and recommended today (128-bit). Please note that some older browsers may only support low encryption (40-bit). This is easier to break than 128-bit, but would still take years to break for a hacker. To check whether your browser uses low or high encryption you can move the mouse over the lock in the status bar at the bottom of your browser.
When you go from the shopping cart to the checkout you will see a lock in the status bar on the bottom of your browser. You can click on this lock to see information about the certificate and who issued it. None of the pages in the checkout are available without this lock being displayed in the status bar.

8. Personal ID/Credit card numbers

We dont store personal ID numbers if you are required to submit it, we only use it for encrypted check towards an information provider during ordering to determine credit worthiness. If you pay by bank/credit card we store the number, but it is only available through encrypted communication even for administrative purposes.

9. Sale/transfer of personal information

The information you give us when you place an order is only for us. We never send personal information to a third party without your consent, unless required by law.
