With superior card feeding, sharper imaging and a sleek design, the all new ImageScan Pro 490i duplex professional grade ID card and document scanner simultaneously scans both sides of a document, driver’s license, identity or insurance card in one pass. Featuring a 1mm paper path, the DS490 adeptly handles the most challenging scan jobs, even cards that are laminated or have raised characters.
The DS490 comes bundled with PageManager, a robust imaging and document management software package. PageManager lets you upload and download files from a FTP server, create PDFs from other file formats, includes a preview mode that makes finding files and images easy, and supports Microsoft® SharePoint 2001/2003. The DS490 also includes AmbirScan, Ambir’s feature-rich imaging software.
